Gongcha on Foster Ave provides a great experience with good drinks. The Pearl Milk Tea is described as a nectar with pearls cooked just right. The Milk Foam Oolong Tea with Coconut Jelly and the strawberry milk tea are also fantastic. The Taro is less strong flavored than other places, but is still enjoyed alongside the chocolate waffle.
