Honestly thought it was just an average deli but its very modern and new ! Place is clean and full of other things like beer , soap bars , cleaning supplies , etc . But the BEST thing about here is the food. The deli cook is so genuine and happy, takes care of everything like it was his own business, rare to find ! He likes to serve people and makes sure you get your food fresh and well done . He speaks English and Spanish too ! Dont let the service get to you . Sometimes its the nice guy or the rude one but either way deli cook has his own station to charge food only ! Definitely recommenddddd as a New yorker

Both of the cooks are friendly clean and quick. It's weird to pay for items at different counters. They need to remedy that. I used to visit them on Schermerhorn and Hoyt street daily. They were forced to move since the building is being demolished. Such a shame. This store was a staple in the community.

On my way to work this morning decided to stop in for a sandwich. Upon arrival I was baffled that they hard curry chicken. The guy was very friendly and said small order for you 6 dollars I got the white rice curry chicken with potatoes and one vegetable which I choose the sweet plantains which I love mind you I hate curry chicken have yet to get anyone cooking the meat properly, soaking whos from the island we don’t play with our food. But baby let me say this, this was the best curry chicken meal ever the tatse the smell the seasoned not to much just rite the garlic and other spices. Oh my gosh it was amazing especially from a deli I would be buying again next gonna get their oxtails this place is amazing

Yes love this little gem if you live in the area you should know what i am talking about, a nice little store to shop at picking or just to pick up something for dinner. They got it, in need of some extra items to complete tonight's dish they got it, or just picking home flowers 🌻🌹 for the you love this is the place. They also have ready to eat dish items you can just pick up go home and start eating hey i think i said that twice well that's because the food is really good yum yum 😋.

I believe the deli cashier is type bias against certain groups of people I went in there on May 14, 2023 around 10am to exchange a $20 bill I offered to buy some thing he look at the bill and say I don’t accept that type of currency I went to the deli up the block and their cashier, use the marker to check it’s real and it was and gave me my bills. God bless the people that work there.
