There are times when it's better than others, but the pasta and pizza consistency keeps me coming back. I've been coming here prior to 2009, so I've seen the neighborhood change. I've also seen the restaurant flow & in some instances grow with those changes. It's a nice local Italian shop. The thing is, what & how those of us who have been here in good times & lean times don't necessarily feel like we matter anymore. It's about who's "new & shiny". Do I at present still spend money here, sure. Is it as much as before....

I love how unassuming this place is. I've always walked by- granted, it's not the flashiest looking place (from exterior), and this is, compared to all the new age modern hipster places around. I ordered delivery and the Margherita pizza was pretty divine. It wasn't very hot and quite disappointing as I only live 6 mins away. The tiramisu is probably one of the best I've ever had. Can't wait to eat there again.

This place is great. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pistachio martini was the absolute best cocktail I have ever had. The lentil soup was the best, as well. The chicken parmigiana was delicious and the pan seared pork chop tender and equally delicious. Had such a positive experience that we returned the next night of a college reunion trip. Loved this restaurant. Kudos to all.

Wow! Little hidden gem in Ft Greene. No frills, cozy family environment exactly as you would expect an Italian spot to be. Drove past the other day and saw the cute sign outside and looked at the pizza and we had to go. This pizza is NO JOKE folks. FORGET Johns of Bleeker, DON’T wait in line at Lucali’s, the pizza was cooked to absolute perfection in their wood fire oven. Light, crispy, a smidgggggen of flop, and the CRUST, perfectly charred bottom and edges, best I’ve had in NY. Taste was great, maaaaybe could have used a pinch of Salt but that’s so subjective. Easily a 8.9-9.2 pizza. It’s up their with Wheated’s New Haven style pizza which is also very good, but slightly different style. Anyways, one of THE best pizza’s in NY imo.

Menu (both drink and food) is very robust, so they have something for everyone no matter what your dietary restrictions are. They have your classic dishes as well as some interesting takes on classics as well. I had the smoked rigatoni vodka sauce pasta w/ spicy meatballs and it was unlike anything I’ve had in a good way. Top that off with an ice cold Peroni and that’s what I call a great night out.

100% coming back.

Picked up the shrimp oregano and fennel salad last night. Shrimp and service were great but salad would have been more elevated if the fennel were shaved not just huge chunks and if the grapefruit peel had been taken off. The salad as is prevents you from eating it like a salad with a little of everything in one bite on the fork. Instead with the way it’s served, you have to bite each ingredient separately.

I love Graziella's. I order from here probably once a week for their incredibly delicious pizza. They really saved me during the pandemic when me and my toddler were holed up in my apartment. But this year my love grew even more. A few weeks ago, I lost my airpods case, and I could see on my phone it was near Graziella's. They fell out of my pocket when I was walking by but I didn't notice. I went back and asked inside if anyone had turned in an airpods case. They didn't have it, but one of the managers came outside and started looking around on the ground trying to help me find it. I couldn't believe it when he found it. That was a super kind and neighborly thing to do. But then again last night, I was ordering dinner for 6, a pizza margherita with pepperoni (my kids favorite), a pizza salsiccia piccante (my favorite), a chicken parm, rigatoni bolognese, a porchetta, fried calamari, 2 orders of silcian rice balls, a ceasar salad, and a rigatoni alla norma (which I'm addicted to). I decided to pick up instead of getting it delivered this time, because I had time. But I had to wait a bit for my order to be completed -- maybe 20 minutes. The wait really didn't bother me, but they comped me with a bottle of wine. So kind but unnecessary as I was enjoying my time there -- I ran into two different neighbors who were eating there and got to chat with the delivery people (realized that I knew ALL of them). As the food was being packed, it was obvious that it would be challenging for me to walk with two pizza boxes and four bags of food so they offered to drive me and food back to my house and insisted it wasn't too much trouble. The food is consistently great and was delicious, but Graziella's customer service is amazing. Thank you Graziella!

Service was awful. We had to ask to order, ask for our food, ask for bread, everything, all while other tables were being served around us. This lasted one hour. We finally asked for our food to go (had a starving toddler), and after waiting another 15 minutes we had to leave. I think our waitress forgot to put our order in. Mind you, we came here at 6 PM and were the first ones in the restaurant!

Came with my twin, great experience. Customer service was a 10 out of 10. Everyone we interacted with was respectful and attentive. Receipt says we were served by David C, and David was awesome. Food was fantastic. Drinks were great and strong. Highly recommend clams and pistachio martini (better than nutella martini lol, both good, but loved baileys in pistachio martini more than chocolate liquor in nutella martini). The seafood linguini was the highlight of our night. Compliments to the chef! We sat outside since it was cooler than inside, and we had a great time. Wasn’t crowded. Would definitely come back!

We recently had our wedding reception dinner at Graziella’s and I cannot say enough good things about the team there, the food, and Julianna who helped us over the past few months. Our group of 30 had an incredible time and everyone is still raving about the food and drinks! Thank you all so much 10/10 stars!

I’d be coming back for the top tier customer service specifically from our server Rob. From the naturally friendly and calm demeanor, the way he spoke to me, my 2 kids, and my partner. The way he catered to my daughter for her birthday while catering to my selective taste in drinks. The other people in the establishment were also friendly and were on top of clearing the table without being pushy for us to leave, just giving us a clean space to eat.

The meat pizza was enjoyable. Rob suggested another pizza for next time and although I’m not much of a pizza person, me and my family will find our way back here before the summer ends. Thank you Rob!
