Awesome waiter. He was really friendly. The food took a little longer than is usual maybe but they only have 1 oven and that's part of the charm. It's good pizza good calzones. The oven is hot. People are happy. It's a loud family vibe kinda place. I'd take my kid here if I had a kid. I feel like a kid would love this place.

Established in 2004 and known for their ultra thin pies, this place takes its time to make quality dishes. I only had take out pizza and calzones. The calzones are two to three times the size of typical ones. I'm not usually a calzone fan, but these are the best tasting calzones that I've tried. The dough of the calzone is delicious, has halves if cherry tomatoes and garlic slices. Delicious meatballs. Must try.

Both my dishes were very tasty. This was my first time eating boar meat and the sauce I think made it taste as good as it did. I think without the sauce it would have just been mediocre. Not much to say about the salad. It was satisfying. The service was attentive and friendly. The restaurant isn't fancy but a nice neighborhood spot.

Misleading!!!!! Portion's unfortunately TINY. You do not pay for what you should get. I ordered a lasagna and was charged 27$. What I received was a piece of lasagna. When I called the restaurant they told me I should have known it would only be a piece. I told them at that price I was expecting A LASAGNA. Honestly who willingly pays 27$ for a piece of lasagna. The place had the nerve to laugh about it. Just rude. Oh by the way the lasagna was disgusting. It went right where it deserved to be, in the trash. This place was disappointed.

A Disastrous Dining Experience, Demeaning ManagerTLDR: Lackluster food, horrendous service, and a chicken dish that defied all culinary logic. The owner's attitude? Poor, abrasive, demeaning, and uncouth. If you want a headache, dine here. And if you want to know about the owner’s character, read his replies to other reviews.I recently dined at this establishment, drawn in by its seemingly positive reviews.Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Let me break it down:1. Pizza: Mediocre. Nothing to write home about.2. Service: Abysmal. Our food arrived an hour late.3. Chicken Dish: Imagine the worst chicken you've ever made at home--yeah, it was worse. Dry, flavorless, and utterly disappointing.Communication Chaos:The assistant manager initially assured us that our food would be remade at no cost. But then, a sudden twist: we were informed that we'd have to pay for the replacement. So l decided not to accept the replacement, and in a silver lining, they took it off the bill and gave us some cake. But this is not the issue.Owner Drama:The owner intervened, contradicting the assistant manager. He claimed the assistant manager couldn't have said it because of their policy. He refused to comp our meal, citing that "it's a cool place" and we should be grateful for their food. I suggested it was "miscommunication" on their end, and he retorted, "I'm out $70 because of you." He then contradicted himself, saying that it "isn't about balance sheets," but continued with the argument that if "everyone did what you did, we'd go out of business."His communication skills were abysmal. He was demeaning to my wife and wouldn't let her finish a sentence. At one point suggesting that we should be grateful for their cake they offered. I couldn't care less about the charge; it's about calling out poor management and judgment, not seeking to get even.

I was looking forward to this for months based on these other reviews and after walking by the place for years & seeing how lively it always is. I paid almost $45 just for a *single two topping pizza* (four ingredients total on a 16” half-n-half) and carried it home, stunned with sticker shock, but prepared to eat the greatest pizza ever made. Unfortunately it was totally forgettable. Sloppily assembled; the center crust floppy & outer crust burnt; the sauce & cheese had basically no flavor. I was like: why can’t I taste anything, do I have COVID?! Halfway through I decided to cover the slices with my own parm & shaved mozzarell just to get some feeling.I’m giving it 3 stars because I always try a place twice before giving up on it, and the front-house staff are very friendly and fun to talk to. Next time better be a grand slam.

Recently visited NY from Las Vegas and this was by far, our favorite pizza spot, and this including comparing it to John's of Bleecker St. For starters the staff was very welcoming. Our server was very nice the entire time and checked on us consistently. The buzzers were constantly filling our glasses of water and smiling each time they passed us by. The vibe was amazing. There were a few families there and all were laughing making the environment feel even more welcoming. We ordered the pizza with sausage, pepperoni, prosciutto and cherry peppers. Graziellas is probably the best pizza I've ever had. Their sauce was not sweet like most, their mozzarella had a hint of salt which I appreciated because most pizza places have bitter cheese, and their bread was so fluffy and crunchy on the edges. It reminded me of eating hot fresh bread right out of the oven. It tastes like great quality ingredients and super delicious! It was our first restaurant and after that, no other place loved up to our expectorations. It was hard to beat them. This is a place I will definitely recommend and visit again when in NY.

Decided to stop in for lunch on day, the food was really good and the staff was very friendly and polite. I had the Sausage in Peperonata Sauce which was delicious. Can't wait to go back.
