This place is going to be so good when it opens

Somehow this cafe went from seeing the better light of days at Equinox, to shady Cedar Street, but it has one of the best breakfast deals in all of Manhattan--hard to top a place where you can get an omelette that comes with toast and a nice cup of coffee below upper Manhattan. I was surprised the first time around when I popped in this place to find that they sell Quest bars and put out and offer more than the generic, questionable-looking whey protein containers that you see at almost every smoothie stand nowadays. Don't get me wrong--I love my protein shakes, but for someone who is barely qualified to say which protein is the cleanest, I can get very picky about my protein powders. But they do have Isopure, which is one of the best quality protein powders in the market. This place is a haven for health nuts and the no-frills health cafe that you've always wanted, without the bs prices. It is run by a cute, older Korean couple, who are probably the last people you'd expect to have a bunch of nutritional supplements at their cafe.

Excellent spot for a healthy lunch. Juicy and delicious chicken. Owner used to run the cafe at Equinox.

Seem like lovely people. Had a very simple order that was not done correctly - literally just asked for no cheese. Covered in cheese. Not vegan friendly.

These guys are new to the neighborhood and are super yummy, healthy and clean!!! They were formerly Green Power Cafe @ Equinox Fitness Clubs. Great veggie and turkey burgers, fresh cut fruit, salads, chicken and veggie dishes. I knew them from Equinox and have only good things to say. Give these guys a chance for lunch. They are a little hidden away on Cedar but worth looking for!

I've come to this place 3 times since last Monday. There are some solid vegetarian options for vegans. I like people working and the place is really clean. The price is reasonable as well.

This place is new! Everything I've had there so far tasted really good and healthy. They cook the chicken just to the right tenderness. I would definitely recommend this place compared to the usual diginn and sweet green.

I got the chicken, vegetables and sweet potato mealpal. The chicken was VERY overcooked and tough, the sauce was not that good as it had way too much shaoxing wine in it. The sweet potato was ok. The service was very nice though. I'll probably pass on this place though.

Great new deli/sandwich place in the Financial District. I've had several mealpal lunches from this place. I have also had a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The serving sizes are generous and the food is very good. Overall, the food tastes good and the value, considering the prices for other food at other Financial District places, can't be beat.

What a great addition to the center/west side of FIDI. The owners are always on site and are sooo nice they alone make me want to come back. Pros: -Great sandwiches made with homemade Balsamic Chicken, Lemmon chicken, teriyaki chicken, along with grilled vegetables and items like tuna/macaroni salad and this is just to name a few and all made (with love) haha -They have prepared foods as well but not like the janky bootleggers where are you serve yourself and weigh per pound, no this is all made in house every day and served on a plate if you eat in (even though there are only a few seats the place is immaculately clean) or put in a togo plate. - Their breakfast specials are insane $ most breakfast sandwiches are under $5 & come with coffee (bec is $4 / coffee and my go to) -did I mention the price! For well. Prepared and quality food their prices are insane, probably the best deli prices in Fidi, if you were to walk up the block into the deli that's on the corner you would pay approximately $14 for the same sandwich that you get here for $7 - did I mention every sandwich is $6.98!!!! My go to is the teriyaki or balsamic chicken, mozzarella cheese, bacon, sautéed onions, cucumbers with light mayo on a hero. All for $7! O yea their chef is the man, good at what he does and actually listens to what you want and how you want it then Executes. what more could you want! Cons: A bit hard to find as they are in the middle of Cedar St and under scaffolding. Only that they aren't open on Sundays. I'm sure if more people want they would open on Sundays so he'd my review and check this place out. All in all one of my new go to spot in the area especially as I live in 70 Pine St. which is directly above the deli. Keep it up guys and love everything about a super clean deli serving boars head in Fidi

The food is healthy and affordable here! I had their turkey burger with a side of asparagus and ravioli - tasted great and I loved how much food I got for the price.
