I’m putting one star bc i ordered from this location with uber eats but my pick up time was for 1:30 but i came early bc bus driver was driving fast so i got there 1:23 so i told the girl that im waiting for a order , i show her the order she was acting like she doesn’t know what im talking about and she told her boss if a order came from online ( i think he told her no ) idk what they said bc they are Indian’s they are talking in their language so she came telling me cancel my order but not telling me she would do it but just pay there , few people came after me and i heard her saying to them she would do they ordered ( white girls plus black women) i think she wouldn’t do me bc she see how i look like or the way i sound ( for info i have speech delay

Excellent. random good food. looks like a chain but the flavors are there.
I’ve been coming here for at least a year and a half, and it is one of my favorite casual Chipotle alternatives in the city. So during my most recent visit I noticed some big differences in the food and my friend and I were disappointed. I usually get the three birria tacos which now the spiciness level isn’t what it used to be, and the birria consommé isn’t as deeply colored red or flavorful anymore and the container got smaller too. They were still good but a considerable amount more bland. My friend got a quesadilla and usually comes out pretty good but on this occasion it was really soggy and falling apart and he couldn’t eat it with his hands like he normally does and he had to use a fork and a knife to eat it but they didn’t have any knives. Despite all that, he said it was good but he was struggling to eat it. I think the sogginess has something to do with them putting it in a pizza box with parchment paper. The tortilla was sticking to the parchment paper almost like glue. Hopefully these issues are fixed before my next visit because it would be a shame if this is the new normal.

The drinks always complement the meals nicely.
Ate from here 2 times in this same exact place. Food is so good because it’s similar to “Chipotle” but a much healthier and halal version of “Chipotle”. Food is really tasty and recommend the spot easily fair and square.

Their food consistently feels fresh and high quality.
Had 2 birria tacos. They're fine.
Had a steak taco. Some of the meat is too chewy and tough, but its kinda expected. The chicken tacos were good. The steak and chicken tacos were stuff full meat. You'll be full at a minimum.
The guy serving me was nice.

Stellar fast Mexican food. Puts chipotle or Qdoba to shame. So yummy and they give you SO MUCH FOOD. :)

Great amount of chicken
Good for fast food Mexican. The chicken burrito was good, and the guacamole was fantastic. I appreciate that. It wasn’t filled with onions. The guacsalsa is tasty. Great customer service!

Sono (Robin) made sure I had a fantastic experience at Guac Time! The customer service was top-tier—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff made sure my order was perfect and even offered great recommendations. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Guac Time to anyone looking for fresh food and great vibes!
When I received my food, it looked so tasty, but my tacos had no flavor. I ordered a salad, and when I got home and saw that, they only put 2 little pieces of lettuce, and I paid extra, which made me super mad.
I wouldn't return due to they don't give you what you paid for.

Guac Time is a fast-casual Mexican eatery offering fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse menu. It’s definitely a flavorful alternative to mainstream chains.
Customizable menu featuring burritos, bowls, tacos, and quesadillas. I suggest you try the steak and the honey chipotle chicken in a hard shell taco.
Large portion sizes, offering good value for the price.
Staff are friendly and efficient.
Seating can be limited, making it more suitable for takeout or quick meals.
Open daily from 10:30 AM to 3:00 AM, accommodating both lunch and late-night cravings.
Whether you’re dining in or taking out, it’s a solid choice for a quick and tasty meal.
