Used to love going to Guevara’s for a fully vegan pastry and coffee experience, but the menu is no longer fully vegan, as they have included cow’s milk as a milk option and even have some drinks that can only be prepared as non-vegan.

My hubby and I were looking for something vegan to eat late night and came upon this spot. Guevara's is in the heart of Williamsburgs Southside, which has definitely come a long way. The place is super cute, and the vibe is super chill! The staff and owner are very friendly and it's easy to see why this place is so popular. My NYC bestie and me came here in June 2021. We both needed to relax and catch up. We had a fantastic outing for breakfast. I still recall eating a bagel with crème fresh and fresh smoked lox….faux lox to be exact because this is a vegan place! You would never know it was faux.
