I had a disappointing experience at Haagen Dazs recently, largely due to the poor service provided by Upvan. When I approached the counter, he seemed disinterested and was not attentive at all. I had to repeat my order multiple times before he even acknowledged it. The ice cream was scooped poorly, with large chunks missing, and when I asked for a specific topping, he seemed annoyed. Overall, the customer service was subpar, and I left feeling frustrated. I won't be returning if Upvan is working.

The managers here went above and beyond to help make my son’s birthday successful. After a mistake in the order form for his birthday cake, we came to pickup and there was no cake. They soothed a sad and angry kid, offered him a variety of extras and substitutions to try to fix it, and were generally amazing. The quality is always great but the service this time made me want to leave a review.

I love coming here sometimes after work. worth almost all tastes. My most favorite flavors today are Dulce de Leche. I ate it almost all summer, and now I really like it. I forgot, but next time I will definitely take a photo of my ice cream
