Good vibe & the coffee is great!

Very nice coffee shop. Excellent coffee and atmosphere. Very cozy with a lot of seating space.
Get the lemon bar - it's so good !

Velvette Black is a place to sit and chill while having coffee. There is room in the front and back to sit. The croissants, in different flavors, are delicious. The counter staff changes the song when it is a good one, but the coffee is good and the staff is cool. The cafe is cute and cozy with great coffee, but on busy days most people work on laptops, so it is not the type of cafe for a chat with a friend. A service issue occurs when a guy works there and, whenever a pastry is ordered, he goes out of his way to get the smallest one, reaching for the closest and pivoting if it is larger than a smaller one. Everything else is great.
