Absolutely delicious! These ice cream are the perfect combo of creamy ice cream. The flavors are rich without being too sweet, and the texture is spot-on. Definitely my new favorite treat

Went there today at 4:30pm, 29th of October 2024.
Guy working there is absolutely useless. Does not acknowledge customers walking in the store, has his phone headset in talking to someone else and does other things for about 15 min until he comes over to take an order.
Store would prolly triple REV letting that idiot go.

I visited this place today and had an amazing experience! The girl with the headscarf greeted me warmly with a pleasant smile and was incredibly helpful when I wanted to customize my milkshake. I chose a rum raisin and strawberry milkshake with a caramel drizzle—it was absolutely delicious! Her kind and attentive service made the visit even more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back for more!

A kosher and indulgent place right next to the Brooklyn Bridge

My wife and I visited around 7:30 p.m. m., hoping to have a pleasant evening, but unfortunately, our experience was mixed. When we arrived, we were greeted by a woman in a headscarf who seemed more focused on her phone than on us. He was talking on the phone with headphones on and even watching videos, which seemed distracted and almost disrespectful. It felt like we were interrupting her instead of being cared for.
On the contrary, her coworker was the complete opposite: friendly, professional and attentive. While restocking and cleaning the store, he maintained a positive attitude and was clearly dedicated to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. When we asked for his recommendation, he suggested the Belgian chocolate shake, which turned out to be an amazing choice! The smoothie was delicious and thanks to it we ended up enjoying our visit despite the bad start.
Honestly, we would consider returning just to have him serve us next time. Hopefully the rest of the staff can follow suit to make every experience great.

This listing has the word "KOSHER" in the title but does not actually have kosher supervision. The staff is less than forthcoming about this, and there is a large sign at the entrance of the kosher certification of some of the products sold at the store. This is rather deceptive.
