I tried the milkshake. It tasted good

While I have a deep appreciation for Häagen-Dazs ice cream, my recent visit on 08/04/25, was impacted by a disappointing customer service experience. The male attendant who assisted us appeared impatient and impulsive—rapping his fingers on the counter in an attempt to rush our decision. Both my order and my father's were hurried through, including the payment process.

Staff is always friendly, ice cream is good. Price is in line, it's clean and well lit. What more could you ask for?

The best ice cream shop in the neighborhood! We love the flavors, the rich ingredients, and the friendly service. Highly recommend this local (it’s the first ever HD store!) gem.

I've been coming here for years, as I work in the area. Management & ownership has changed in the last 15yrs, but no real lax. Tried a new flava the other day, and I have a new love in Salted Brown Butter Cookie 🍪 😋 !!!!!

This is a small store on Montague St in the Brooklyn Heights area good for quick drop ins for a cold dairy fix. Usually clean, but some days not so much. Seating is very limited.

I generally like Haagen-Dazs ice creams but the pomegranate berry drink I got on one of my visits had a strange chemical aftertaste and I was unable to finish drinking it.

One of the best ice cream shops in the city. The ice cream here is very fresh and feels dreamy as soon as you take your first bite. The staff here is very friendly and tentative to providing you great service. I tried several varieties of ice cream they offered and it just keeps you wanting more. 🍦🍧😋

I was having one of those days last week, stopped in for a small ice cream… Heidi and Dori went above and beyond. Positive energy, good vibes, and allowed me to try a few different flavors. Made it a pleasant experience after a long week!

How do I come in at 10:20 pm, 40 mins before closing, cashier having an attitude because we wanted milkshakes and then told us we don’t do milkshakes after 9:30. We should come in earlier if we wanted milkshakes, the location closes at 11 pm and it’s a Friday night. Young Hispanic cashier refused to make any milkshakes. And was having attitudes. Please explain how you close the milkshake machine an hour and half before closing.
