I’ve lived in the neighborhood for six months and have always enjoyed the local delis—there’s usually a great sense of community and friendliness. Unfortunately, my experience at this deli didn’t reflect that. When I came in to order a sandwich, the person behind the counter seemed more focused on his phone than helping customers and came across as agitated and dismissive. It’s disappointing because I typically have great experiences at other delis in the area. Hopefully...
My favorite place! Their smoothies helped me get healthy and their sandwiches are always delicious. Ali is basically the mayor of Flatbush. Not sure what you’re doing if you’re not patronizing Habib.
