I had a disappointing experience at first due to poor customer service, especially from the lady at the front and the chef. The wait time was also very long.
I ended up leaving without taking my order (two sandwiches and a juice) because I was in a rush and the wait took too long about 30 minutes . That part was frustrating.
However, I want to update my review. The owner Anas reached out, apologized, and took immediate action to address the situation. I know the owner personally, and he is a very kind and respectful person who truly tries his best to treat all customers equally and provide the best service.
I really appreciate his effort to fix the issue and make things right. The problem was with the staff at the time, not the owner. Hopefully, the service improves moving forward.
I order mango veteran juice a taste taste so bad and it's also like I think they bought a water from the sink.If it is not good, I'll never order again.But other one, the small chop, they have other stores.Next to them, it's smaller, it tastes better than this.I think they burst in quite this one.It is so bad I never think again

Really nice spot in Bay Ridge. I tried the Oreo shake at Hemo Cafe and it was honestly one of the best shakes I’ve had in a while. Super creamy, well blended, and the Oreo flavor was perfect without being overly sweet. The ingredients tasted fresh and the drink was really refreshing. Definitely a great place if you’re looking for good juices or smoothies. I’ll be coming back to try more from their menu! Also wanted to mention that the manager, Mr Anes, was super nice, friendly, and very helpful. Great customer service and a really welcoming atmosphere.

Google Maps says it’s open until 1am but the guys inside always close the door earlier. We drove all the from Long Island for adeni chai. At least change the time and update.
