Food was great. I got the ramen and it was filling and solid. I came with some friends too and it’s a nice place for food.

Why can I eat so much

Get that pho!! Also I added two orders of chili oil. It smells so nice and spicy. So good!

Don’t recommend the coconut latte. Too bitter and too sugary at the same time…

they used to have the best pho in the city (~2-3ya) but my most recent dine in experience was pretty disappointing in terms of the food. the broth we had was really bland in comparison to the sharp lemongrass id taste before. idk what changed; pls I want my fav pho in the city back😭😭😭

really kind, accommodating service

compact modern space

Cute and authentic Vietnamese spot. We ordered the Special Beef Pho, Grilled Pork Vermicelli and Viet Coffee. The broth was homemade and the portion was big. The pork was grilled to perfection. Would 100% come back and try other items on the menu!

very good pho! I loved the flavor of the broth-it was slightly sweet but still complex and didn’t need any additional sauce/seasoning.

everything else was good too! my only complaint is it’s a slightly smaller portion of noodle than other restaurants, but I don’t mind that too much.

would definitely return!

Stopped by for a late dinner with my family; but, unfortunately this place missed the mark for me. I must say, the restaurant is cozy and I appreciate how patient the staff was with us. Being that we arrived separately and hung around for a while. However, when we poured our sake, we didn’t notice one of the glasses was dirty. There were several black specks floating at the top. We mentioned it to our server and they just tossed the glass with the sake in it. They strained the rest of the bottle, despite us telling them that it was the glass and not the sake. We weren’t offered a replacement. I had seen on their menu that they had bún bò huê and I was so excited to try it because not many places offer it. When we got our soups, I received a beef pho instead. After seeing how the staff resolved the first issue, I didn’t want to bring up the fact that I received the wrong soup. The beef pho was just okay. My sister ordered a chicken pho which she absolutely loved. When the check came, I was being charged for the soup I didn’t receive. Not sure I’d come back.

High Lua is one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood; extremely consistent, excellent food, and very fair prices for williamsburg.

I go here pretty much weekly, since the vegan options (tofu!) are especially delicious.

Way overpriced for the portion. $18 for a beef pho with noodle that’s half the portion of the ones from real pho restaurants. they need to put some more noodles in the soup.

Soup was not bad, the noodles were chewier than what we are used to. Was a bit slow though. Chicken wings could’ve used more flavor on the inside.
