Everything about Hilltop Tavern is fantastic. Delicious and generous servings, expertly prepared. Friendly service and a warm environment. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommended, you will be very happy!
Reservation for three on a weeknight, we had only mains and non-alcoholic drinks. All aspects were fine except for an odd exchange with the waiter. I requested a side of bread with my pasta; he responded that “it is not available”. I made it clear that I wasn’t asking for “free” bread but he returned that “we don’t do that here.” This is odd to me because the dinner menu includes burgers, fish tacos, and a chicken sandwich and yet a slice of bread isn’t available...
Great neighborhood spot with friendly service and great appetizers. The atmosphere is great, and everything comes out fresh and flavorful. Perfect place to kick back with some tasty food and good company!
