Unlike other bagel places, you can come here at 11am and actually get a fresh bagel as opposed to one that’s been sitting out since 6am.
The service is also truly excellent. Excellent place!

For me, stepping inside was like a hit straight to the chest — a thousand Saturday mornings with my Zadie flashing back at once. Hot bag in hand, a smear of whitefish salad barely contained inside a still-steaming everything bagel. Pure memory. Pure comfort. Pure joy.

Asked for a simple omelette guy started yelling at me told me his station is closed. I told him it’s 1 o’clock. He started yelling. We need a second kosher bagel spot on Ave U ASAP

Thid place has top notch feshest bagels. It's my go to when I want the best.
Bagels here are delicious. Not bready like many places in New York have resorted to. These are chewy with an outside crunch like they should be.

Quite possibly the best bagel I’ve ever had! Bread inside is light and airy instead dense and chewy that I’ve learned to expect with most bagels.I got the egg everything bagel with veggies cream cheese.
