This place is hidden and they do horrible job advertising - but OMG!! Finally a shawarma spot in Brooklyn that's worthy of being called a real Israeli shawarma spot! (Though turkey and lamb is more common than beed n lamb- and they didn't have pargiot..) Achla shawarma! Kol hakavod!
The place is a little hole in the wall... Not much in the way of seating, but don't let that fool you...You are going to want to get the shawarma, and the real one, not the fake one... And you will have had the best shawarma I've had in all of ny...
This place has the best shawarma ? I’ve tasted in New York from many years. My daughter ordered the beef/lamb version, and it was fresh and extremely tasty. Surprisingly, it was not too greasy nor full of fat. We didn’t try the turkey shawarma, which is far more easy to come by kosher. The hummus was terrific, and my shakshuka was great. Very highly recommended!
