Since I stumbled upon this place I'll consider it a great find. It is great and I'm very glad the I found it while waiting for the B6 on Ave J. The falafel on pita was great because it was stuffed to the top with fresh ingredients including purple cabbage and hummus. We they asked if I wanted it spicy they weren't joking. Best falafel sandwich in town! Totally worth the 25+ minute trip to get here, despite many similar options closer to me. Delicious food! That’s what you’re there for. Everything tastes fresh and flavorful. Dining in option is not really a highlight, as the place gives off an ambiance of a fast food restaurant. Thankfully the high quality food they offer, does not match the atmosphere. Service is always friendly and fast paced.
Best kosher Shawarma I’ve had outside of Israel, even though kosher shawarma outside of Israel is decent. This place stands out, fantastic quality, popping flavors, tender enough, doesn’t fall apart. Definitely hits the spot and leaves me with a little dance and a “that was sick”, but of course doesn’t follow me into my dreams as an Israeli shawarma would.
