Was met with rudeness and racism when I entered the cafe. The cafe worker gave me the wildest look and said “can I help you “ in a very rude tone. The subtext gave “you don’t belong here” Was really hurt by this. Also I was looking at the menu and it was turned sideways. The lady then decided to push it towards her. She told me they’re out of those items. Which I had no problem with. She never offered me any other options. Can immediately tell she was very upset I was there, due to my skin color. Really really upsetting.

Limited seating, low lighting, and no outlets - definitely not set up to be a work cafe like some of the other locations. Coffee is good though.

Amazing service. I loved the flaky chocolate croissant with my hot chocolate. The sitting area is cozy, and they have a bench for outside. 5 stars I like this place

Nice little cafe near Brooklyn Library. Placed an order of a Latte and Blueberry scone with a cashier and get an over drawn Latte and Blueberry muffin instead. The cashier didn't ask for a take away order or stay in for a nicer coffee mug.
The place looks nice and cozy but came with a musty, pungent, and unpleasant odor, not a coffee smell. All seats were occupied by their long term customers.

I got a sandwich it was not only hard and stale but the smell and the taste I wanted to throw up 🤢 almost 15 dollars and i emailed them and they said they make them fresh everyday but I don’t know how long they have them sitting on display, they have yet to respond to my other email or instagram don’t buy food from here the coffee sometimes is also watered down

I go here weekly due to the convenience of the location and I think it’s just ok. I like the loyalty program but some of the staff is not friendly/rude and their cups (especially the iced coffee cups) leak! Their pastries are a skip, the tacos are nice.

A small place, this is a great lively coffee shop. Good coffee, great energy from the staff.Don't expect to set up here with a laptop, there's not much space and they don't offer Wi-Fi, but it's a great spot to catch up with a friend
