Really love this place. The pizza was actually really good, way better than I expected. I also had soft ice cream, and it was smooth and tasty. They’ve got great options, fair prices, and the hours are solid too—open late, which is super convenient. Just a great spot to chill and grab something good.

i used to come a lot but one time i came with my daughter and the staff where so rude made my daughter sad not a come back place rather go some were else mimi and jacks have way better staff and if some one got the wrong thing thell through it out and give a knew one way better place to go and they dont lie but the ice cream house flatbush dose and i gave them lots of mony over the years and they still were rude how awful not trying to be mean but i learnt when and what i am a loud to say i even spoke to a rabbi

This place is not friendly at all. Ice doesn't really have flavor. Even the hot fudge tasted wierd. Whipped cream was also flavorless. I tried a basic chocolate flavor. I chose hard ice cream and they gave me soft serve without asking me if I still wanted it. We also had butter pecan and it didn't taste right. The peanut butter topping was the only thing that tasted like peanut butter. They do have lots of options for dairy free.

So I didn't taste the dairy ice cream, only the non dairy. I truly think it was awful. Because of this, I put 3 stars on food cause I didn't eat the rest, but what I did was bad. In the service side, if you go to the Latinos, they are more capable and fast. The rest are nice but a little slow to react. The place does need some maintenance or remodeling. Again, I didn't try the dairy ice cream but would advise against buying non dairy options

The service was amazing and they were kind. The food was good but in my opinion a little overpriced. Otherwise, I would recommend going here if you want a little treat.

The ice cream was delicious. The only thing is that the store should be open earlier especially on a Saturday during the summer. To be open at 8:45pm is too late. On Saturday it operates from 8:45pm to 1am and those are weird hours. Bars, lounges, and nightclubs don’t even open that late.
