i’m sure the food is good but it sucks that they stop taking orders before closing; i’d rather they just list an earlier close time
Came in the evening for the 40th anniversary $2.99 entrée & asked for two of them. Instead of letting me know they're only allowed to serve one per person or another reason for the missing entrée & asking if I wanted something else, they just let me stand there waiting for the 2nd plate while they started serving other guests & had me blocking the way for the rest of the line of customers. That was supposed to be my dinner but I left hungry. Some forks still had food stuck in the prongs as well. Maybe morning service is different but in the evening it seems like they don't bother to communicate with you.

The salmon was very dry. Mashed potatoes needed more gravy but were good. Vegetables no Bueno. No sodas oh my. But service person was nice and strawberry short cake is very small but good.

My sister and I have been to this place months ago and had a wonderful time there this was because it was mealtime, and the line was pretty long. My sister got Swedish meatballs with chicken tenders and that I got chicken tenders with mashed potatoes. The food was good, and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere was that the views was breathtaking this was because get to see New York harbor, and many people in their eating.
It’s terrible, the wait line is over 1 hour and there’s 1 register open. Recommend having lunch/dinner anywhere else in Brooklyn!
I love ikea restaurant, but the fellas serving the food for lunch today show such a minimal level of effort it is almost unfathomable. I’m sure there are plenty of individuals who would rather do that job with at least 2/10 levels of effort.

I loved Ikea restaurant for its options and affordability. The options remain the same, but the affordability is no longer. I got charged $4 per chicken tender! How is this even possible. Four tenders were $16. A pack of chicken cutlets is cheaper than that. They updated the seating area but it's not better or worst, mediocre at best.
No extra tables, no meatballs, no salmon, no salad, no pizza, they only had ice cream and hotdogs. Very very disappointing as a big reason for going to IKEA is also the food court. I think they were understaffed and overworked possibly which is very sad to see. All the tables were dirty and the chairs were so brown and foot marked up

Whenever we visit an Ikea store, we go to the restaurant at the store. Kids love a children's buffet lunch. It includes quite tasty mashed potatoes, several meatballs, boiled green peas, and lingonberry jam as a sauce. Kids love this lunch! I like desserts. The only drawback is that there is always a queue here.
