Long live Van Brunt! I loved the whiskey and cocktails
Upon visiting, so sad to learn that Van Brunt was sold - however, the tasting room is still open under Brooklyn Gin, and as of today, they are still selling Van Brunt. The bartender was wonderful (and the gin very good!) so we would still absolutely recommend visiting the tasting room!
Please update your hours in google, webpage and social media. It is no longer what it says it is. I want to be able to know when I can really visit.

Van Brunt Stillhouse in Redhook is a gem known for tasty cocktails. The American whiskey is sweet and smooth, perfect for non-whiskey drinkers. The tour is worth it, with a $10 discount on a bottle. The daiquiri made with their rum is recommended. Friendly staff and a nice tasting room make it a pleasant visit.
