Is it ethical to charge customers like $30 for a ramen? And to charge extra for SUPER basic things like nori? No, it is not even authentic. And yet I come again and again (and bike the 40 minute journey) because the ramen here is just THAT good. It’s obviously the broth mainly but this is the only place in nyc where I feel like the noodles are cooked just right. Sushi is also good and I’ve personally always enjoyed the desserts as well (although I think this is their weakest...

Ippudo has a lot of choice and the food is pretty tasty. I liked having so many options for sides. While it isn't the best ramen I've had, the restaurant is a good option in Brooklyn.
