Just had an incredible omakase experience at Ishi Omakase ?✨ We indulged in their 18-course menu for $125, featuring an amuse-bouche, 12 pieces of nigiri, a temaki handroll, miso soup, and a kanmi sweet. The flavors and textures were absolutely divine, with the freshest fish sourced from select suppliers in small batches. ? Ishi is an excellent omakase addition to the neighborhood and does not disappoint. You sit down for your reservation and usually get served at the same pace as those around you. The fish is fresh, you can definitely tell that. The menu is picked carefully and flows nicely through your meal. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for omakase nearby!
