I called them at 4pm on a Friday asked about a tiramisu cake for my son’s girlfriend. They did not have it available but promised they would have one fresh for me on Saturday morning and they did not disappoint! It was the most moist yet airy perfect texture perfect sweetness cake EVER! Delicious and beautiful. ❤️
I am very fortunate to live around the corner from Iva's Sweet Parlour-the cutest bakery ever. They have perfected my vanilla iced coffee, it's my favorite coffee in Brooklyn!
I often get one of their tasty signature 4" cakes, I have tried and loved Triple chocolate mousse, Oreo, red velvet, sea salt caramel toffee, Reeses, cocoa cream and funfetti! All of the cakes are moist and delicious!

With tasty brownies, cookies, and cream-filled donuts, there's something for everyone at Iva's Sweet Parlour. The parlour is wonderful, with so many wonderful options. It is reasonably priced. The Red velvet cheesecake is spectacular. The Dominican cake with guava is amazing. The regular cheesecake is incredible. The chocolate brownie with mousse is decadent. The store is incredibly well-organized, exuding an elegant and high-end ambiance. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. The Apple cheesecake caramel crumb is majestic. The tres leches cup was pleasant, with flavor present but not overpowering, although the cake was a bit too runny and liquidy.
