Tip is to ask them to make your pie thin and crispy. Been coming here for many years. It’s an old school pizzeria and they have a unique taste to their pies that I keep coming back too. Usually on point .

Be careful with them, they are to stupid to function. My order was simple.. fried calamari and seafood pasta with a red Sauce, the new girl on the phone (the guy told her what to do,step by step) repeated .. with tomato sauce. They brought me pasta without seafood, instead admit their mistake they tried to convinced me that I never said anything about seafood, and then they tried to explain me what is fried calamari and I meant fried calamari as a seafood… this amount of gaslighting. Never will work with them again.

I just want to thank the very kind staff that allowed me to use their lavatory. I went to so many businesses along Kings HWY where people blatantly lie and say that they do not have restrooms but the staff here allowed me to use theirs. I cannot eat pizza due to dietary issues but I did purchase a water.I just wanted to express my sincerest gratitude to them.Thank you

I have been enjoying J & R Pizza since I was a little kid. (Like 4 years old little). Grew up eating this deliciousness. So when in town, of course, I'm heading to J & R. The pizza quite possibly is better than I remember. Cheech (Frank) has a good crew. And was so great to see him and have a proper slice.

Excellent mozzarella sticks, really nice area of Brooklyn, iconic old midwood/ kings highway area, friendly boss and workers , high rate here for the win
Don't underestimate the size of the slices. I got two but probably would have been fine with one had I known beforehand. Plenty of cheese too.
