Had a grandma slice 🍕 ...taste was good .. but cheese needs improvement!!! Please better quality Cheese will make this slice way better ty

The pizza was fresh and hot. I ordered one plain and one mushroom, both made with fresh ingredients. The crust was thin and crunchy. As a seasoned New Yorker, I felt it wasn't a typical flavorful Italian pizza. It's good for a quick bite on the run, but not earth-shattering. Also, it's a small place, so larger groups are out of the question.
