It was so disappointing. I was here 14 years ago and I loved the place. Today I went back and as soon as get into the store we were totally ignored, we were looking at the chocolates and options and the employees there act as we were not there... But as soon as a group of fancy ladies arrived, the attending girl started to welcome them, offering a sample of hot chocolate and pampering them, honestly was totally heart breaking how different we were treated, not sure about the reason.

Further more, I approach to the gril with a bar of chocolate in my hand and requested also a sample, she just gave me the sample and said in a rude tone "so, would be just the chocolate bar?"

Wow, terrible, this place is not anymore what it used to be.

AJ & Jahlasia were fantastic!!! The world needs more people around like them, friendly & fun. They made us & all who walked in feel welcome. Big ups for taking such good care of us!!

Best Wicked hot chocolate ever. Intense, very creamy and dense. You feel the kick of the ancho and chipote chilles. You have to indulge yourself into this decadent hot drink.

Delicious cookie in town. I ordered the jacques famous chocolate chip cookies for $4.09. The cookies was quite hard, but u could ask the waitresses to warm it up for you. I loved it because it's not too sweet. They also sold hot chocolate, chocolate bars, and ice cream. Plenty tables for u to dine in, and they also had restroom.

The hot chocolate is very good! (A bit in the style of Angelina Paris).

I’ve always loved coming here especially over Christmas. I came today to treat myself for my anniversary but the guy wouldn’t give me my hot chocolate even after I already asked twice. Ended up getting a parking ticket after waiting 20 minutes. And lost an hour of my day. I have no idea why I’d be treated like that. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I was the only customer in the store at the time. When I walked out the other employee said “I should have said something”. But I already asked twice and was acknowledged each time. The last time I asked he gave me an attitude and said “it will be right out”. Will never shop here again. It’s honestly overpriced for what it is so I should be thanking them for saving me hundreds of dollars every year
