The best Chocolate Chip Cookies ever!! I buy the chocolate chip cookie mix regularly and exclusively. The staff at the store is always amazing and I met Thee Jacque Torres in person! He’s wonderful, Jacque
made us the yummiest hot chocolate drinks, and gave my husband great tips on how to make cookies for me. Thank you very much. Amazing. This is truly worth giving 5 stars and more. His cookies are easy to make and delicious. They are a hit with my entire family. Thank you Jacque and staff.
Best hot chocolate I’ve had in NYC. It’s very rich and flavorful. Spices in the wicked one are great too.
Splendid chocolate shop, like from Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. We ordered hot chocolate and and cappuccino and some dark chocolate 🍫
Nice ice cream selection too. It was too cold to have ice-cream. Lot of seating space and sofas too. Cute stationery store next door too.
Amazing hot chocolate and chocolate delicacies at this Brooklyn based establishment, across the street from Time Out NYC. Very few tables to sit at and a very long line for the bathroom, but worth a stop if it's a chilly day & you're up for some amazing, silky & creamy hot chocolate.
The wait staff is not very friendly.
I must say, the hot chocolate was definitely amazing but the customer service was even better. I spoke to a lovely lady named naisha she took my order and was so sweet when I got there I was with my daughter and I bought more things she briefly explained the drinks and what they had it in, amazing customer service will always make you wanna come back! And the amazing chocolate haha! Anyways it’s amazing and god bless the lovely lady that took care of me through the phone and in person!
Amazing hot chocolate and great, helpful staff. Raven was very helpful and provided excellent customer service in spite of the large number of people waiting in line! Can't wait to come back here during the summer to try the ice cream ☺️
The store is very big and has some seating as well. The chocolate is definitely on the fancier expensive side but great for gifts. They had lots of pre-packaged sets but you can also create your own box. Lots of NYC themed packaging as well. We loved all the different flavors. The dark chocolate was intense and smooth without being too bitter. Hard to believe it was 80%!
One note: Gift cards purchased online cannot be used in the store! We found that out the hard way.
Very thick, true to taste, good balance of chocolate and sweetness, very polite people and service, helped us with locating the store when we called them, very great hot chocolate, tried classic, wicked hot chocolate has cinnamon, they give free trial samples to taste.
They should call the “hot chocolate” drink chowder chocolate. The thing is so thick and frankly gross. You almost need a spoon for how thick it is. Their mocha was just as thick as the chocolate soup. What a waste of my money, $6 for the large one. If you want some normal hot chocolate drink, this is NOT THE PLACE!!! Worst drink we have ever had. Should have taken a photo of the soup but didn’t, went right in the garbage, my money.
