Delicious affordable coffee and treats đ
Barista made a huge deal out of me parking in front of the store. Apparently they think their window is a driveway. Was very aggressive about it. Not the kind of neighborly behavior we need here.
Best cafe and moto fashion spot in NYC. If you like coffee, motorcycles and delicious baked goods you need to come here!
I ordered a tee shirt from Jane on July 15th and received an email about a day or so later that my order had shipped. When the shirt didnât arrive I checked the order status and it said the order was cancelled. I reached out to customer service and they said the size was no longer in stock. They asked if I would like a different shirt instead. I told them that was fine and let them know what shirt I wanted. Today is August 25 and I still havenât gotten a shirt or a refund. They essentially stole 75 dollars from me. Would not buy from here again.
Gem...
Driving in my car, I stopped in on my way to South Brooklyn for roti.
It was early, the first customer of the morning.
Welcomed and chatted with both people, I felt the warmth.
Expresso was strong, hot and good with a green tea chaser.
Hopped back in my car listening to a fitting jazz song...I Like You, Your Nice.
The start of a rainy Saturday.
Very bad service
Stopped in here for a matcha and it was great. Bought some coffee beans too.
Staff is really friendly and they're very informed and knowledgeable. I bought a ton of clothes. Will be coming back soon.
Very cool concept. While not the only of its kind, certainly the only in nyc. Was excited to check it out as a rider after seeing it on social media and was expecting a more friendly atmosphere. The day I went was met with pretty ambivalent staff. Not typically the vibe you see at motorcycle-related places.. or even most non-chain Brooklyn coffee shops, where it is fair to expect friendly banter. Couldnât get out of there sooner tbh. Even seems like the other guests were in a bad mood.. Everyone has bad days though so Iâll probably give it another chance in the near future but seems like the kind of place you bring your own company if you want a positive experience besides taking at look at the bikes. Small-but-premium looking selection of gear so I wouldnât recommend going with the intent of going on a diversified shopping spree.
Friendly staff, great coffee and motorcycle apparel.

I love this place. Coffee is really good and costs a fraction of what youâll pay anywhere else. The staff is friendly and thereâs a lot of cool things to shop for. love jane đđđ
Best coffee in williamsburg, love that they donât charge you $7 for a cup of coffee. My go to spot. Everyone that works there is so great. go show love
Was quoted $270 for a $150 helmet, astars sm5 or something for sure in the 150 price range.
While talking to the sales rep he decided to be âsuper kindâ and give me a good deal, by lowering the cost of $270 down to $150. Itâs just so damn weird to do that. Why post items in your store as almost double the price, then lower it out of fake goodwill?!
I ordered a jacket there on 7/2/24 and was told it would take 8 weeks to ship.
Itâs now 11/7 and I have been waiting 19 weeks for this jacket to come in.
During that time I sent 15 emails with almost no response, only getting a response when I figured out who the ex-CEO was and asked him for contact info directly.
Even then, there was literally no apology or acknowledgment of the extreme lack of communication or the delay and all they said was âit will take a bit longerâ - no other details. I still have no idea when this jacket will come in.
They make cool things but I would be VERY careful about ordering anything there with any sort of build time listed.
Honestly the worst customer service experience in my life
Latte was good.
