Pizza is pretty good but at 4$ per square it doesn't seem like good value. It's very light in sauce but the cheese is tasty and the crust is well baked. That said Ive definitely had better Sicilian style square slices in Brooklyn and for cheaper.

We walked by and saw that slices were $4, so we thought “why not?” Service was quick and friendly. We got a pepperoni square and it’s not the best and freshest slice but it’s definitely worth the price. Looking forward to splitting a 4-slice pie next time.

I have spent legitimately thousands at Jet's, being a fan since I lived in the south over a decade ago. Disappointing that, despite never complaining (even once), the one time I decide it's too much because my order is 2 hours late and completely ruined, I can't find a single person willing to help me. Even more disappointing to see that many others in the reviews echoed my sentiment.I own a consulting firm for restaurants, and I can't voice just how tragic it is that I did not get a single offer for a refund, to have my pizza remade, or ANY other effort to make this okay. I was simply told to contact Doordash, who does not allow you to contact them directly regarding orders from this store because they presumably use relay couriers to delivery their food. (Which is hilarious if true, as one of the primary functional advantages of such a service is that you can request couriers to pick up already completed orders in cases such as mine)So here I am, down $32 bucks, unable to get a refund, and with all of my professional experience telling me that such an oversight on internal 3P delivery policy is grounds to no longer patronize what has long been a staple for me.Do better.

Pizza is diverse so it’s hard to compare it. My favorite pizza slice is a margarita slice from Table 87 to give you a benchmark. My local go-tos are Antonio’s, Crown Heights Pizza, and Barbincino (when I’m feeling fancy). But Jet’s is a new category. I don’t want to say a thick slice, because people may think dense or that dreaded Chicago slice. This pizza is fluffy, pillowy. And its crust is crunchy thanks to toasted cheese! It’s a shame that there’s 3.7 stars (as of writing). Seems mainly service related, but our delivery came on time on Friday night. I hope people can have more patience so they don’t miss out on the opportunity to try a new kind of delicious pizza.Note: I am not affiliated with Jet’s at all. I had Jet’s three times. I found out about it when it was served at a birthday party and fell in love.

Great pizza- generally friendly people working there but they have a very real operations issue when it’s comes to expediting and delivery. Will you get your order in 15 minutes? 30 minutes? or an hour and a half like I did this evening? You never know.

This was really good a bit pricey. We ordered online and picked it up ourselves. This pizza tastes great.
Do NOT order from here. The customer service is atrocious! An hour and 10 mins after I placed my order I called the shop to see where my pizza is. I called twice and no one answered. I called again and a guy answered and said, oh it's about to go in the oven. I said, now? It's just going into the oven? I don't want it. It's over an hour. As I was talking he hung up on me. I called back twice and no one answered. No one continues to answer. I don't want anything from this place. The employees are rude and incompetent. I want a REFUND!!

Horrible customer service. There was a mistake with delivery via Ubereats app. Called to rectify issue with restaurant since that was directed by Uber. Worker who picked up phone hung up on the call. Terrible customer service, will never order here again.

Be careful if you order from their website. I was double charged because the system told me there was an error. I reordered thinking the first didn’t go through.Spoke with the manager and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. I’ll also add that the order took over an hour to show up and was lukewarm.Avoid using the Jets website for orders.

It took two hours to get my order, And! I didn’t even get the right pizza, I ordered an All Meaty, but what they gave me is a box of garlic bread! Horrible place!
