We walked by and saw that slices were $4, so we thought “why not?” Service was quick and friendly. We got a pepperoni square and it’s not the best and freshest slice but it’s definitely worth the price. Looking forward to splitting a 4-slice pie next time.
Pizza is diverse so it’s hard to compare it. My favorite pizza slice is a margarita slice from Table 87 to give you a benchmark. My local go-tos are Antonio’s, Crown Heights Pizza, and Barbincino (when I’m feeling fancy). But Jet’s is a new category. I don’t want to say a thick slice, because people may think dense or that dreaded Chicago slice. This pizza is fluffy, pillowy. And its crust is crunchy thanks to toasted cheese! Pizza is pretty good but at 4$ per square it doesn't seem like good value. It's very light in sauce but the cheese is tasty and the crust is well baked. That said Ive definitely had better Sicilian style square slices in Brooklyn and for cheaper.
