Service industry does not operate efficiently anymore at large. The park slope juice press is a great representation of that. Staff is nice enough but lack direction on how to run the shop efficiently, putting the customer first. They could do very well to learn to optimize the ordering and order production process. They’re slow, and don’t seem to care that they are…..at all, nor do the orders arrive in the order they were ordered! Really perfunctory, but hey I love smoothie. Won’t be long before I value my time more and get my smoothies elsewhere.

I'm so sorry to see negative reviews. I've had positive experiences at this Juice Press. Once they closed early because a staff member left unexpectedly sick. It usually takes a bit longer than I'd like to get my order. But the pluses outweigh these small inconveniences. The staff is always lovely, and the smoothie bowls are always fantastic.

The worst smoothie I ever tasted. It is so heavy and all you feel is powder in your mouth, this doesn’t even taste like fruit. This smoothie doesn’t resemble anything’s that made with fruit. This “juice bar” also doesn’t make freshly pressed juice either, all juices are sold premade in plastic bottles. What a disappointment.

I just wanted to shout out Gina at the Juice Press in Park Slope—she’s truly one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve encountered here. Every time I visit, she goes out of her way to make the experience wonderful. Gina brings such a warm, positive energy to the store, making every customer feel welcome and cared for. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the people she serves, and I can say without a doubt that Gina is that person. I hope the management team sees how valuable she is to this location and recognizes the impact she has on loyal customers like me. Juice Press is better because of her!

hands down the worst smoothie i’ve ever had. if there was peanut butter in it, i didn’t taste it. all i could taste was very very raw banana. it was grainy. and the service was slow. i was shocked at how bad this place was
