Such a lovely spot! Came here with my coworker after work for a few drinks and an appetizer and we had the best time. We sat out back and the whole space was such a vibe cozy, intimate, and perfect for just hanging out and catching up. The drinks were great and I loved the atmosphere. Definitely a cute little Park Slope spot I’d come back to! ❤
We had a lovely small cocktail and small bites reception (20 folks) to celebrate a family wedding. It was held in the garden in back of Bar Louise. Kelsey did a great job of guiding us and setting everything up and the service was flawless. The drinks and small bites ( especially the wagyu pigs in a blanket, the meatballs, the truffle Arancini, and the charcuterie boards were devoured with many compliments from our guests. Bar Louise is a beautiful cocktail bar with a pleasant and elegant yet relaxed vibe, featuring lovely flower decorations, chandeliers, and a backyard. The cocktails are well made, yummy, and delicious. For bites, the chips and dip, featuring a creamy and delicious caramelized onion dip, is a highlight, along with the pigs in a blanket and ricotta toast. While they sometimes run out of oysters for their weekend specials, the experience remains great. It is a perfect place for a girls night out, offering a happy hour on weekdays and specials like a Sunday spritz deal on the weekend.
