NO AC!
The ac didn’t work where we were seated. First time we came we were very happy. But the most recent visit, prices went up. And service went down, broken ac, and servers were too focused on their phone to help. Water was warm(no ice?) will try again some day but will call ahead make sure ac works

The food here was amazing and the staff were fantastic — we really enjoyed our experience overall. That said, just a couple of things to note. When we went, the restaurant was extremely warm, easily around 90 degrees, which made it uncomfortable, especially with the hibachi cooking happening right in front of us that being said we went in the summer when it was really hot outside. We had a great experience at Kasai! It’s a kosher hibachi restaurant with a fun, high-energy atmosphere that’s perfect for families. The food was delicious—well-seasoned, generous portions, and cooked right in front of us with all the classic hibachi flair. It was very busy and a bit chaotic at times, but that added to the lively vibe.
