Katana Sushi is a very cool and fancy restaurant with a relaxed, mellow environment and great energy. The moment you walk in, you know there is something special. The vibe keeps you seated, with real katanas on display. The menu says 'Sushi evolved' and everything about the experience lives up to that description exactly, like a sushi spot one would find in LA.
The food is phenomenal, really good, and consistently fresh and delicious. This place has really good sushi and Ramen. They have a great-huge selection of Japanese dishes with fresh ingredients and good taste. Favorites include the lava drop and angry shrimp roll, Samurai Bites, Beef Negimaki, and the fresh seafood selection like Carpaccio and Chu-toro. The sushi combo is amazing, and a stunning custom sushi platter makes the meal crazy. It is a sushi lover's dream come true.
