Katou Restaurant is a small family-owned place with amazing food, especially their Haitian dishes. While the customer service could improve, the consistent and delicious food makes up for it. The hot soup might come in a plastic container, but the flavors are always on point. Just make sure to order ahead of time as it can take a while, but it's definitely worth the wait!
