Not only one of the greatest breweries for different IPA’s, but the brewery offers a great option for seating, ambiance, and it’s dog-friendly! The neighborhood is unique and artsy. Highly recommended!

KCBC Brewery stands out as a beacon for beer aficionados, boasting an expansive space that instantly welcomes you with its warm and inviting vibe. The sheer size of the place allows for a diverse crowd, from casual drinkers to serious hop heads, all finding their niche in this vibrant atmosphere. The selection of beers is nothing short of amazing, with each brew showcasing the craftsmanship and passion of its creators. From rich, robust stouts to crisp, refreshing lagers, there's something for every palate. The vibe is lively yet relaxed, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day or kickstart a night out with friends. However, there's a catch—KCBC's focus is solely on their brews, meaning snack options are non-existent. While this might be a slight downside for those looking to pair their pint with a quick bite, the quality and variety of the beers on offer more than make up for it. It encourages guests to immerse themselves fully in the tasting experience, perhaps even prompting a visit to local eateries before or after. In essence, KCBC Brewery is a must-visit for its exceptional beers and the nice vibe it offers, even if it means planning your snacks elsewhere.

Cool funky vibe with great brews never had a stout from KCBC before was pleasantly surprised and IPAs here are always a standout. Really nice cicerones behind the bar know their brews. Pizza recos in the area weren't as awesome but brews they know spot on...

Kings County Brewers Collective is a craft brewery that opened in Brooklyn, New York in July 2016. It was founded by friends and business partners Zack Kinney, Tony Bellis and Pete Lengyel. The trio met through a New York City homebrewing club in 2015. Although they came from different backgrounds, they had a shared dream of brewing beer as a collective. They eventually acquired a 5,000-square-foot former auto body shop in Brooklyn's Bushwick neighborhood. The brewery's opening marked the first brick-and-mortar brewery in Bushwick in 40 years. The neighborhood was once home to a thriving beer-drinking German immigrant community. At its peak, Bushwick was home to 14 breweries within a 14 block area. Following the New York State hop blight and Prohibition, the last of the Bushwick breweries (Rheingold and Schaefer) closed in 1976. KCBC often uses humorous names for their beers; often inspired by films and featuring the unmistakable artwork of former comic book illustrator Earl Holloway. The brewery's unofficial mascot is 'Sally the Octopus'. She first appeared on the can art for one of KCBC's IPAs and since then she has popped up on other cans, merchandise, and inside the taproom. I visited KCBC this past summer while I was cycling around NYC. I was trying out a number of Brooklyn breweries and pizzerias and this was my sixth and final stop of the day. I had first tried one of their beers at Tørst (a popular craft beer bar in nearby Greenpoint) and have been a fan ever since. The taproom was cozy and inviting, the staff were friendly, and Sally the Octopus could be seen anywhere you looked. I picked a seat at the bar and decided to order a taster flight which included "Child of Zombie" (Fruited Sour), "Squirrels Just Wanna Have Fun" (DDH New England IPA), "Dirty Prancing" (DDH Double IPA), and "The Darkness Beneath: Golden" (Rye Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout). Every single beer I tried was excellent, but I especially liked the latter. Overall I had an excellent experience at KCBC and I look forward to returning!

This is a top notch brewery. Great vibes. Great atmosphere. Outdoor and indoor seating. Fast service. GREAT BEER. Just check their untappd ratings and they speak for themselves. One of the better breweries in NYC I'm so glad I got to finally try them at their main location! I have attached their menu of the day here too. Worth a visit for sure

Awesome brewery! Their flights are priced well. We went on a Thursday night and it was pretty crowded but not overbearing. Greeted a lot of pups and had a great time!
