Even though I’d prefer a lil more sour the ceviche it still The best ceviche I’ve tried in the us. Perfect for a hangover brunch with friends. So for me the ceviche was 4.7/5 and pan con chicharrón and the burguer were 5/5: Sooo delicious.Definitely going back for diner dishes .Excelente customer service btw.
Cute place. Food was pretty good. The cooked hamachi was very good. The liche ceviche was interesting and worth trying but didn't love it. Good salty and sour flavor but didn't like the texture/taste of the fried corn. The salmon tartare was good. Yuzu cake was good (reminded me of lemon meringue pie).
Amazing food and drinks! Happy hour is a great deal, but the food was the real star. All the dishes were synergistic and spectacular, some of the best executed fusion cuisine I have ever tried. I hope to come again soon!
