I’ve had way better Korean Barbecue. The service isn’t the best here. Our waiter seemed like he was in a rush to get us out because they were closing soon. And I ended up giving him a tip after I said I wasn’t and he didn’t say thank you. The buffet was being close before 11 p.m. which isn’t okay. The restaurant closes at 11:30 p.m. The iPad was dirty, and the floors were very slippery.

This place was absolutely amazing! They had a wide selection of meats, seafood and vegetarian options, which I appreciate. definitely coming back!

We just dined in at K-Pot (All-You-Can-Eat Korean BBQ and Hot Pot) and had a great experience. The food was high-quality, a great value, and everything was fresh and well-prepared.

We especially want to highlight our waiter, Joseph, who was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our meal. In a time when many servers seem to take diners for granted because of guaranteed tips, Joseph stood out as someone who genuinely cared. He made us feel welcome and taken care of, and he’s one of the reasons we’d be happy to return.

Thanks again to K-Pot for a great experience—and especially to Joseph. We’ll be back soon!

This definitely was a different experience from my first Kpot restaurant visit. This Brooklyn location doesn’t have a large variety of food, especially kid, friendly choices. They only had fried shrimp and french fries whereas the Bronx location has fried chicken nuggets and french fries. We visit this particular restaurant for my nephew’s 10th birthday for an all Asian experience. The food was good and fresh. The waiters were nonexistent because you have to put your order in, on a tablet and wait for them to bring you your food. Other than that you don’t even see your waiter, whereas the Bronx location all the food is on display for you to get up and pick what you want to eat whether or not it is for the soups or the grill or even dessert. In the Brooklyn location, everything is brought out all at once so you have to separate your food and remember who picked what cause everything’s all mixed together which makes the process even longer.. we did eventually ask the waiter if the youngest child fee can be waved from the bill because she’s only eating french fries because the lack of variety. First she told us yes then she came back towards the middle of our meal to say that she can charge us five dollars, but she couldn’t take the whole amount off of the bill. My sister got upset had a few words with the manager and then they just removed her bill. She’s five years old and he wanted us to pay $1799. For Fries
We already had an additional 18% gratuity because we have five more people. We tipped.

Food was absolutely solid. The ordering is a little confusing and arbitrary because you don't know how much you're really ordering until a few times after.
Zian took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed.

This is my usual go-to spot. I love the service here, John is a very welcoming and friendly worker. The atmosphere isn’t crazy, it’s friendly. Foods great and the service is even greater- all the workers are friendly and work as a team. Definitely recommend this place if you want to go out with your family or loved ones.

My girlfriend and I stopped by for date night and we both thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Kevin provided excellent service and was very attentive, helpful, and kind. We will absolutely be coming back and hope to see Kevin again as he really made our experience memorable! 5/5

I came for lunch. Perhaps dinner is better

More than half the food we ordered never arrived. We even tried to reorder the items that didn't come originally, but no. For every 3v items, only 1 arrived.
Ex. we ordered corn, lotus root, and quail eggs. Only eggs were brought to us. We ordered beef, lamb, and fish balls for hot pot. Only fish balls, etc

Server never once checked on us or took our drink orders.

It was the worst hotpot experience I've ever had . It's better to go to 99 favors
