If they feel like you can't finish or eat the food ordered they'll either not put in the order or place in like 2 skewers if you ordered say 6. Our server looks like he was about to resign anytime soon.

The thought behind every dish was evident in the taste. Remarkably friendly workers at this place. This place provides a tidy space that feels inviting. The meal stood out separate from personalized elements. This spot handles every detail well.

A very good hot pot restaurant in Brooklyn. Various type of broad for selecting and also yummy. Food and meat are fresh, also vegetables. high-quality items. Affordable price and energetic atmosphere.
The sauce you can made and designed by your own. The Fried Bun with condensed milk is also good / Yummy !! Recommend. They also like the good service quick and friendly, attentive staffs.
We will back again for sure!!

Great AYCE hotpot place! There is a 2 hour limit, but the food came out at great speed. I had my fair share of vegetables and meat. 😊

ROACHES EVERY WHERE. THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO PAY FOR FOOD YOU DIDNT EAT EVEN IF YOU DID NOT CONSUME THE FOOD.

This place is a hidden Gem. The amount of food is limited but the service was true and beautiful. The waiters catered to your every whim. Needing not to ask for a refill is just so important. If only it had more desert variety.

The hot pot is as good as the hot pot can be. The mala bbq is good also, must try. But the hidden master piece of this place is the pudding dessert!!!! I always come back for this bowl

Great for birthday get togethers, individual pots were a very sanitary option. The free deserts were also amazing.

If you’re looking to find hair in your food, then this is the right establishment for you.

We’ve been regulars here for a long time—coming almost every week and always ordering the seafood hot pot. But after our latest visit, we’ve sadly decided not to return.

Not long after we started eating, we found a hair in the soup. The waiter helping us even saw it and brought over the manager. While the manager did apologize, he immediately started questioning the situation—asking if the hair was long or short—which felt unnecessary and off-putting. It didn’t matter what kind of hair it was; the problem was that there was hair in the food. Eventually, both soup bases were replaced.

After waiting a while for the new broth to boil, we continued our meal—only to find another hair, this time in the other soup base, tangled in the vegetables. At that point, it was no longer just a one-time mistake—it felt like a serious hygiene issue. Two hairs, in two different pots, in the same night? We completely lost our appetite.

We asked for the check, simply wanting to leave. The manager came back and offered 20% off. But in an all-you-can-eat setting, that made absolutely no sense. It felt like they were assuming we were 80% full, so 20% off should make up for it. But we hadn’t even eaten half of what we normally would—we had to stop because of how grossed out we were. The discount felt arbitrary and dismissive, as if they just wanted us to leave quietly.

It’s not about the money—it’s about how the situation was handled. One hair might be excusable. But two, along with an insincere apology and a meaningless discount, shows a clear lack of care and accountability.

We left hungry, disappointed, and ready to find a new go-to hot pot spot.

Everything was going well until mid meal I looked up and saw that our lamp shade was covered in BLACK MOLD. Then I realized the decor is a lot of wood, and the steam from the hot pot probably created perfect breeding ground for the spores. And maybe it’s a mental thing but woke up next day with a sore throat and ear ache. As a real estate professional, black mold is a very serious health concern and unless properly addressed, I would never come back in again.
