We’ve been regulars here for a long time—coming almost every week and always ordering the seafood hot pot. But after our latest visit, we’ve sadly decided not to return.
Not long after we started eating, we found a hair in the soup. The waiter helping us even saw it and brought over the manager. While the manager did apologize, he immediately started questioning the situation—asking if the hair was long or short—which felt unnecessary and off-putting. It didn’t matter what kind of hair it was; the problem was that there was hair in the food. Eventually, both soup bases were replaced.
After waiting a while for the new broth to boil, we continued our meal—only to find another hair, this time in the other soup base, tangled in the vegetables. At that point, it was no longer just a one-time mistake—it felt like a serious hygiene issue. Two hairs, in two different pots, in the same night? We completely lost our appetite.
We asked for the check, simply wanting to leave. The manager came back and offered 20% off. But in an all-you-can-eat setting, that made absolutely no sense. It felt like they were assuming we were 80% full, so 20% off should make up for it. But we hadn’t even eaten half of what we normally would—we had to stop because of how grossed out we were. The discount felt arbitrary and dismissive, as if they just wanted us to leave quietly.
It’s not about the money—it’s about how the situation was handled. One hair might be excusable. But two, along with an insincere apology and a meaningless discount, shows a clear lack of care and accountability.
We left hungry, disappointed, and ready to find a new go-to hot pot spot.

Not much to say, I just love it here. The ayce bbq skewers and amazing customer service keep me coming back every time. Been going for years and will keep going, forever! Such attentive and sweet customer service… so lovely such good vibes 🥹 I feel so at home here

Everything was going well until mid meal I looked up and saw that our lamp shade was covered in BLACK MOLD. Then I realized the decor is a lot of wood, and the steam from the hot pot probably created perfect breeding ground for the spores. And maybe it’s a mental thing but woke up next day with a sore throat and ear ache. As a real estate professional, black mold is a very serious health concern and unless properly addressed, I would never come back in again.

The service staff knew clearly that the electrical contact at the bottom of the pot was not good. After waiting for 40 minutes, the pot failed to boil and they did not tell them. They also did not take the initiative to change...
Laojie, you don’t want people and people even if you haven’t tried it yet. Last time I just went there and left a phone number, just to see if they were hiring, but I ended up going there a second time before the manager said I was here. I want to ask what does it mean? Fire me before I even try to see if I can do it.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs! My entire family and I have been suffering from two days of diarrhea after eating there. I’ve never experienced anything this terrible. Their positive online reviews are completely unreliable—most of them are written by customers who were pressured with discounts or special deals. Don’t risk your health for this place.
