Food was well cooked but flavor combo personally didn't speak to my taste buds. Service needs improvement, it was quite hard to flag down a waiter. Yu choy was well cooked although black sesame and vinaigrette clashed IMO. A simple garlic mussel soup could have been so good but it just lacked flavor. Arroz meloso (specials menu) was a tad mild and a tad too oily.
It was very busy on Valentine’s Day. We had a bad experience following many good experiences. However, the owner personally reached out which I greatly appreciate.
Exercise caution when booking because they have an outdoor heated patio. It’s very cold and not enjoyable. Inside or the bar is great. The two stars refers to outside.
