If you ever felt like you needed a Grandpas heartwarming full body Italian cooking please do yourself a favor and come here. The experience is one of a kind from the very small dining area the place becomes a personal and family style establishment allowing for new connections to form over some of the best pasta I’ve had.
My favorite Italian restaurant in NYC. The food is always delicious and the prices are unbeatable. My favorite dish is the linguine pescatora. My only complaint is that I don’t live closer to this spot. I travel an hour on the train just to eat here but it’s 100% worth it every time!
Just spent 3 days in NYC/Brooklyn and Lillo’s topped every eating establishment we visited on this trip. A charming hole in the wall with 5 tables so arrive early if you don’t want to wait!
