Terrible service, we just ordered and sat down to eat, as we were exposed. They said they were closing. This is a very disrespectful treatment of visitors. In all normal cafes/pastry shops, they wait until the visitor finishes his meal. It's called respect. We were kicked outside with drinks and desserts.

THIS is the standard against which all Portuguese egg tarts are measured against. My first taste was when I worked at a Brooklyn title company on 64th and 8th. Clients of the firm brought up boxes for the staff so I was able to try one. It was just so amazing! Rich and creamy, so tasty... My very nice colleagues from then on would bring them over to my desk whenever they were available and I'd devour them. One day I went in the morning to buy some and there's a separate line for patrons who specifically come for these Portuguese egg tarts. A box of 6 costs a bit over $10, well worth it in my humble opinion. In fact, I just bought a box from the 86th Street branch yesterday and am eating it right now!

First time order blueberry Yogurt Cake super yummy. The 6-inch cake is bigger than I expected. It’s enough for 8 people to share. The price is very reasonable and their service is very good. High recommend.

This morning I came to Lily Bloom’s on crutches, and the lady was kind enough to volunteer opening the door coming and going. Truly excellent service and excellent bakery goods. The pork buns were out of this world delicious & freshly warm and the almond croissant was huge & decadent. In-and-out in under 5 minutes. Truly a hidden gem.

They close at 5:30pm, but whenever I rushed back from work at City, and I called around 4pm-4:30pm hope to reserve some Portuguese egg tart, never ever to get one.Owner considering to have another batch out @4:30pm. Most ppl get off from work @5pm.

Went there for some steam buns, portuguese tarts and cake. Everything was fresh and a lot of variety.
I went in for some milk tea, but the tea was very bitter and I ended up throwing it away. They have a minimum credit card charge of $5 so I also got an egg tart. The tart was actually good if you’re into that type of stuff. Personally, for me, it was too eggy and could have been sweeter.

Very bad customer service. The three women working there would rather folding paper boxes/talking/packing buns instead of taking care of people who wanted to pick up his/her pre-ordered cake at their bakery (there was no any other customer there).They just pretended that they didn’t see you.

Told me to wait 10 minutes for my order. 18 minutes passed by and I kindly asked how much longer I need to wait, same lady told me 10 minutes again. Took over 35 minutes to make my order. They just lie to sell to me. Store was not even busy at the time. Disgusted by their lies and service.

The person is unable to get my right order at the first time. I have to say at least 2 times and point them out.
