Authenticity is what this place is all about. The young waitress was spot on with the service from the minute I walked in. While this is a local place and there's no fancy bells and whistles, the authentic food and prompt service will top any fancy decor of a place that lacks. This will be my go-to for a delicious meal when in town.

First of all, check your account carefully ?when you finish because they charge too much.?The food is very expensive and not worth itMy daughter's Nachos melted very quickly, the tortilla is not worth it and my sauce for the tacos was not useful ? they are rats, they charge too much ?I will never go to that restaurant again, the place is very dirty and the waitress who served me spent her time eating ? at the bar.

I went to Los Tres Potrillos and was hoping to get vegan Tacos. They didn’t have vegan and the waitress wasn’t helpful with vegan options, though she was nice. She said that if I can say how they could make it, they will do it. I asked if they can add beans and nopales. No Nopales. Lettuce and tomatoes and beans she said. Okay. Please add some onions I said. Great. My husband asked that we add tostones.We got our food. I was really hungry. I bit into my tacos and tasted lots of lettuce and onions. A bit of tomatoes. No beans. I kept thinking it would be in the middle. Eventually I tasted some watery bean liquid. Never found the beans. Not whole. Not mashed.The tostones were dark and hard. I took a bite and could barely bite into it. They were also tasteless. It was as if they were refried after sitting there for a while. That doesn’t work for tostones.My husband’s shrimp tacos were okay. This was our first time. Not going back.

My family and I came here yesterday, Dec 22, 2023. We traveled from Staten Island to Brooklyn to eat tacos. We had planned a wonderful evening, but to our surprise it was the total opposite. We walked in and no one greeted us. We were standing there for 2-3 mins and no one gave us a table. We then decided to sit down ourselves, since we have a baby and it was extremely cold and we were standing by the door. It took them 10 mins for the lady to give us a menu. Then it took them another 25 mins to finally come up to the table. There was probably 5-6 waitress and they weren't that busy. They were completely ignoring us and there were chatting and laughing with each other. When the waitress finally came to our table to take our order. When the waitress finally came to take our order after 25 mins, we asked why the other table was being served first, while we got there before them. She simply stated that no one there is in the mood to deal with tables today and rolled her eyes at us. Then she sighed, like we were the ones that are wasting her time. Then she proceeds to say "what do you want to eat with such a bad attitude" I have never experienced something like this ever. The waitress simply said they are not in the mood to serve people. I couldn't believe it. Unbelievable and super unprofessional. We paid gas and toll to come here to eat on a Friday night and she completely ruined it for us. We then walked out with a baby in 15 degree weather. Unbelievable. Never again.

I came here for years just to be charged a service fee on top of my bill , it’s outrageous, I will never eat here again! Plus charging me an extra 5$ for paying with card , overpriced food and drinks , I was shocked by my bill .
