Been here multiple times for lunch and dinner. They have a big spacious table in the back that can accommodate my family. I heard there is also a private room, will ask about it next time. When we come, my parents always order their seafood - crabs, lobsters, conch, etc. I'm usually not a fan of conch but it is delicious here. The conch is sliced thin but still has a good crunch and the cucumbers pair well. One other dish that I surprisingly enjoyed was the oyster pancake....
I often come to this store to buy takeaways recently because it serves more authentic Fuzhou cuisine near Eighth Avenue and the price is very affordable. There are also many choices for breakfast. The only drawback is that it still can’t taste like when I was a child. Good luck to the store.
The fish soup is terrible and the white rice cakes are mediocre. The Fuzhou cuisine in the United States is getting worse and worse. The cooks are getting worse from generation to generation. It’s like a takeaway shop, copying the gourds.
