Drinks are amazing, especially at the price. The bartender was also working like crazy with the crowd but still so incredibly friendly.

Found out about this place and wanted to check it out. I was more intrigued since it was a black woman owned. I arrived early because I know it can fill up quickly. The bartender was wearing many hats. She was the bartender, host, and server. She was on point. She made very good drinks. I had the sliders and cauliflower arancini(I didn't know what it was, but it was good). On my way out, I found out that the bartender with multiple roles was Lucky.

We had some beef sliders ($5/ea) DELICIOUS!Chicken Wings fried and seasoned to perfection! Natalie was our host and bartender as well as Mind reading Flechter who came quick with the food and drinks! Lastly was Storm our host who made sure we had everything we needed. Big shoutout to them whole Lucky lounge team they were super attentive. I moved back to Brooklyn from 3 years on the Italian island of Sardinia. It's so nice to walk a block and arrive to this place. The people are so nice and the service and food/drinks are fantastic! It's now my local happy hour spot.

I went here for happy hour after some errands in the city and really wished I spent my money elsewhere. We got there around 6:20 ordered drinks and food at 6:25 and food didn’t come out till 7:15. I understand being busy but the couple who arrived 30 mins after us received their food before we did. We were patient and didn’t make a fuss then when the bill came it was $84 that included a 20% service charge which I proceeded to tip nothing on top because service and food was not up to quality. After the bartender tells us that $20 was left on the bill and that my card didn’t go through accusing me of not having enough money on my card (which is impossible). Then when I examined the bill they had added extra drinks that I didn’t order and tried to make me pay for it,( maybe bc I didn’t tip on a check that already has 20% added). When the mistake was pointed out the guy said “I’m gonna take this off your bill” in a condescending way making it seem like he was doing me a favor when it was the their mistake to begin with. The drinks were strong ( too sweet no balance) , cauliflower Arancini had some nice flavors, lucky fries were dry and seasoning was subpar, the lucky sauce was good. Overall will never come back.

Immediately walking in there was no host to greet us. I ordered a rum punch and it tasted nothing like a rum punch. I ordered a lemon drop instead and the waiter never took off the rum punch although it wasn't touched. I still paid to not cause a scene but i would never come back. I would have been better going to McDonald's. And the DJ was not it !

The lounge is cute and has a nice cozy vibe but the cook has a disgusting attitude and makes me not want to eat here everI got a drink and waited 45 min to order food , the bartender was nice and tried to be attentive but she was the only one working and was to busy to take my order when I finally got to place my order with the next guy who came in. 5:06 I was told I could no longer order brunch because brunch ended at 5oclock , I expressed that I’ve been waiting nearly an hour to even place an order and it’s only 6 minutes past the end time … I came for the brunch menu I do not want the dinner menu/tapas that was offeredChef: “don’t complain to me , that has nothing to do with me , I’m not doing it I put the things away 30 minutes ago(30 min ago 4:30 the brunch was open) I’m working , stop talking to me “. Walks away n just ignores I feel there needs to be more than one person working for brunch .. and I feel they do not care one bit about the customers experienceWill probably never come back
