It's a joint. That's what it wants to be. It's a good one. Great music, great staff. I go for the wings or the rib nights, they are a great value.
I’m an avid lover of Texas barbecue. So far, I’ve had barbecue all around the world. California (not the biggest fan), Texas, Tennessee, and New York. I’ve been to Hometown BBQ in Red Hook but now I consider Marble’s a standout in the New York area. The candie yams were my favorite sides and the smoked sausage with the BBQ sauce was heaven for my taste buds. Yes, this is pricey; however, you get a big portion of food for the price you pay.
Oh, and my server Chase was extremely great to me and is a friendly, down-to-earth, caring human being. I hope to see him again the next time I come back to Marble’s.

The meat was great but the sides were underwhelming, especially the mac & cheese. The service was nice!

My family and I wanted to try a new spot especially for Juneteenth that’s blacked owned so we searched and looked at serval reviews before finally deciding this place. I don’t usually give reviews but this was needed. Our server was Corey and he was beyond phenomenal, very patient, and even helped us out on opinions of varieties of food choices and drinks. I’m so pleased with all of his recommendations b/c it was great. We enjoyed the deluxe platter which was 3 different meat to choose from and 3 sides $65. It’s difficult some times engaged to a cook but to him there was nothing negative to say about the food. The ribs and brisket was soft and very flavorful, yams w/ pecans omggg out of this world, mac and cheese was a good I prefer baked but was still good, the appetizer Mable’s nacho w/ brisket was out of this world, the smoked chicken bbq and buffalo was just that smoked, very tasty and spicy, the homemade ranch sauce that comes with it was wonderful . This experience was very enjoyable and we plan to come back and with more family and friends. I highly recommend this place.

All around terrible.
everything is dry.
Mac and cheese overcooked, boxed and bland.
Baked beans uninspired and burnt.
Hard, Dry, crusty brisket.
Boring dry sausage. How do you make a dry sausage?
Really just doing anything in the kitchen huh.
Embarrassing.

Ordered from Uber. Really nice moist brisket but the sauce was fantastic. I need to buy a bottle. I was bummed to lose dinosaur and so happy to discover this place.

The waitress automatically added a 20% gratuity to the bill without telling me. To make matters worse, when I swiped my credit card, the payment terminal prompted me to add an additional 5% or 7% tip. Had I not carefully reviewed the bill, I could have been charged an even higher tip.
I found this practice deceptive and felt taken advantage of, particularly given the poor service I received. As a result, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The moment you set foot into Mable's Smokehouse & Banquet Hall, you are consumed by that nostalgic deep, earthy scent of burning oak or hickory. It’s so welcoming. On to the food. We ordered the 3 meats and 3 sides platter. For the meats we got the Brisket, the Kielbasa Sausage and the St Louis Ribs. For the sides, we ordered the Baked Beans, Collard Greens and Cornbread. The Brisket was moist and juicy, nice smokiness and a good ratio of meat to fat. The Kielbasa Sausages were one of the better ones we have had, the filling was solid and juicy and the skin was crisp. The St Louis Ribs were falling off the bone smoky, and had a lacquered and smokey sweet-savory glaze that clings to every bite. As for sides, the Collard Greens with bits of bacon was a hit for us. As were the baked beans which had bits of bacon and it was delicious. The Corn Bread was a miss for us. It was a little dry and underwhelming. Service was great albeit for an overzealous “sauce nazi” waiter who kept asking to take away our hot sauce - seriously was there only 1 bottle to share amongst 5 tables.

We stumbled upon this place and it was SO GOOD. The brisket was my favorite, the pulled pork sandwich and potato salad were really good as well. They have a bottomless brunch deal we will likely come back for
