The moment you set foot into Mable's Smokehouse & Banquet Hall, you are consumed by that nostalgic deep, earthy scent of burning oak or hickory. It’s so welcoming. On to the food. We ordered the 3 meats and 3 sides platter. For the meats we got the Brisket, the Kielbasa Sausage and the St Louis Ribs. For the sides, we ordered the Baked Beans, Collard Greens and Cornbread.
