Ordered a sandwhich for pickup. 10-20 min estimated waiting time. I go after 25 minutes - order not ready, & place inundated with delivery drivers clearly waiting for orders, as well as a half-packed restaurant with seated patrons - yet nobody had any food.Took a 20 minute walk. came back. 50 minutes after order placed - still not ready.Two guys in the shop clearly overwhelmed with orders, manning two shops (the connected juicebar), not even talking to people that enter the shop to update them or anything. Zero communication. Obviously the problem stems from the owners not paying enough employees to be on.Went back another 20 minutes later (70 minutes after order placed) & still nothing.Enjoy your review.

Amazing Pho & Service!! We stopped in for a late dinner and happy that we did!! We got the ribeye pho, steamed dumpling and the fried vegetable and meat rolls. Everything was delish!

I'm from South Brooklyn. Came up North to visit some shops and enjoy a casual rainy Sunday. Decided we wanted Pho around the area and found Mamas. The Interior is alright. I sat in the back with all the greens, etc. I don't hate it but I also don't really like it. Had the Mama Pho. Broth was decent, but it was loaded with protein which I really appreciate. Papaya Salad was decent. Missing some spice. Not bad tho. Overall, decent experience. Would I come back? Nah.

So hard to find good pho in Brooklyn that is also vegan friendly!! This place would get more than 5 stars if it was an option. Delicious broth and great vegetable toppings. They offer clear broth. Thai iced tea - I want a gallon of it for my house
