Worst service I have ever received. I have been buying from this restaurant for well over 5 years and this evening was the worst service I ever received. Let me just say that other orders were placed with delivery service and you would think that pick up service would be better than delivery but I beg to differ. All other times I ordered a quesadilla I received it with sweet potato fries and well presented. Tonight I was handed my meal in a plate, no bag and no fries, like they just slapped it together to give to me. I was left to feel as though I just walked in and begged for some food instead of purchasing it. This might have been my last order from them. All evening on my drive to work, all I would think about was getting this meal from them but I was left highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this company’s customer service. From the start, the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. When I raised my concerns, they responded rudely and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The older person who seems to be manager there I spoke with had a poor attitude, and their tone was disrespectful, dismissing my questions without any attempt to resolve the issue. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this company based on their lack of respect and poor communication.

The staff is rude, and the $25 minimum for delivery orders is frustrating. After applying the 10% discount, I have to add more items to reach the $25 minimum. With taxes, delivery fees, and everything else, my total ends up close to $35, when all I wanted was a crepe that costs $19. Why is the minimum set at $25 when you’re using a third-party delivery service that already charges a delivery fee?

I used to be a very frequent customer since my kid is in tennis and swimming programs of the gym. But the food quality is getting worse every day. Special instructions for food preparation weren't followed twice from my recent experience. But today's situation is completely horrible for me. The kid got one donut in the cafe. It was delicious and fresh. Later, I decided to get two for him to eat at home. When we came home and tried it, it's hard as stone, probably left on the shelf for a while and impossible to eat. I guess it's a policy to give a good food when dine in and leftovers when the order is "to-go"? Definitely not going there anymore.

wonderful cafe! delicious food, professional staff working in the kitchen, friendly atmosphere, staff always smiling. service at the highest level. always fresh products, prices are not expensive. the tables are always clean. employees speak at least 3 languages. My favorite thing is the shrimp with pasta - they are made with love just like the rest of the dishes. The cafe administrator always keeps order in the cafe.
