Amazing bakery! Everything is fresh and delicious as always. I feel like the only thing missing is the customer service. There’s about 2-3 staff that are great.. I cannot say the same for the rest. Extremely unwelcoming, cold and negative. This has been constant for years with the same crew. This is one reason my family and I don’t stop by like we used to. Other than that, keep up the great work! Best bakery in the borough.

Nasty ! 7 layer cookies are the worst I’ve ever had . You can’t taste any almond or raspberry , just tastes like orange . I’m disgusted

I can not say anything but great things about Mazzola Bakery. Recently, there was an error in my order which I realized when I got home. Since I live an hour away, it was not practical to return to the store. When I called, Josephine was apologetic and took my name and address. A few days later, I received a FedEx package with a very generous replacement. That is customer service businesses should strive for. Thank you!

Everything I tried was fresh and delicious and the prices are very reasonable. Josefine is friendly and informative. This bakery will be a staple going forward🤍
